The Department intends to conduct a public/private, full and open competition for HUD's Integrated enterprise-wide financial management system implementation and integration of the PeopleSoft Financial Management suite of products in support of HUD's Integrated Financial Management Improvement Project (HIFMIP). To assist us in accomplishing this objective, we are issuing a draft solicitation and seek comments on or before September 5, 2006, from interested sources, which believe they are able to provide the support.

• A Presolicitation Notice and Draft solicitation were issued 8/18/06 for HUD Solicitation #R-OPC-23053. All comments are due 9/5/06.

• Modification #1 to the Presolicitation Notice was issued 8/23/06. The purpose of this modification is to notify all interested sources that the attachments referred to in Section J of the draft solicitation for HUD Integrated Financial Management Improvement Project (HIFMIP), may be downloaded from the HUD internet site at: http://www.hud.gov/offices/cpo/contract/opc23053.cfm.
