The Department intends to procure the services of a contractor to provide research and analysis of administrative data for a variety of housing and supportive services to measure the impact on homeless families. The purpose of this research effort will be to reach some definitive conclusions as to the minimum combinations of housing and services necessary to effectively produce housing stability and family well-being among variously challenged homeless families. This procurement is unrestricted. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 541720, Research and Development in the Social Sciences and Humanities.
