HUD's Competition Advocate and Task/Delivery Order Ombudsman

In the event that a contractor has concerns or disagrees with the selection of an awardee for a task or delivery order under a HUD multiple award indefinite-quantity contract, he or she should contact the cognizant Competition Advocate and Task/Delivery Order Ombudsmen.

The following individual is designated as HUD's Competition Advocate and Task/Delivery Order Ombudsman. effective January 23, 2008:

The following individual is designated as HUD's Alternate Competition Advocate and Task/Delivery Order Ombudsman. effective January 23, 2008:

The specific duties and responsibilities of the Competition Advocate are set forth at FAR 6.502. The specific duties and responsibilities of the Task and Delivery Order Ombudsman are set forth at HUDAR 2416.505(b)(5).
