IDIS is a reporting system that allows grantees in the the four CPD formula grant programs - CDBG, HOME, ESG, and HOPWA - to provide HUD with performance results related to their Consolidated Plan and Annual Action Plans. Grantees also use IDIS for Recovery Act programs: CDBG-R, TCAP and HPRP.

This section provides guidance on a variety of IDIS reporting topics, including: when and how to report accomplishments, which reports should be used for the CAPER, which are the most effective for program management, how to analyze reports, and more.

To understand these topics in more detail, select from one of the Reporting areas on the right. See below for program specific IDIS guidance.
