When HUD released IDIS version 8.4 on January 19th one unfortunate aspect of the release caused IDIS to delete activity path data whenever a user changed the status of an activity to “Completed”.

HUD has determined that activity path data had been deleted for 110 HOME TBRA activities, 705 other HOME activities, 107 ESG activities, and 44 HOPWA activities. HUD corrected the “delete” problem with the release of version 8.4a on the evening of January 26th. As part of the effort of restoring the deleted path data, HUD then noticed that a single grantee had already restored the data for one of the affected HOME TBRA activities.

HUD has now been able to restore the deleted path data for the other affected activities. However, it could only restore the deleted path data as of close of business January 15th. It is unable to restore the activities as of a date closer to when the problem first started. Users with questions should contact the Help desk at (877) 483-8282 between 8 AM and 8 PM EST. The Help Desk has complete lists of grantees and activities affected by this problem.

These same lists may be launched by the links below. Users may want to check these activities in IDIS to be sure they have the correct information saved for them.
