The following files represent reports and summaries of activities from the 1980-95 U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development Community Energy Systems program which was carried out in cooperation with the Department of Energy. The collected readings comprise a preliminary assemblage of some 1,200 pages of reports, presented here in read-only pdf form; they can be printed, but not searched.
