Rural Housing Development Corporation in Provo, UT will receive a Rural Housing and Economic Development Capacity Building grant in the amount of $150,000. The applicant proposes to use their capacity building grant award to develop self-help single family housing in eligible areas of rural central Utah as well as establish a revolving loan pool for secondary mortgages for the self-help homeownership program.
