Human Resources Development Council of District TX, Inc. in Bozeman, MT will receive a Rural Housing and Economic Development Capacity Building grant in the amount of $150,000. This grant will be used to conduct homeownership studies, offer down payment and affordable assistance for beneficiaries. Proposed cash and in-kind leveraging resources total approximately $3,400,000. Partners and supporters for this venture include HRDC, Northern Rocky Mountain Resources Conservation and Development Area, Inc., LISC, First Interstate Bank, Gallatin Bank and the USDA. The target group for this project is Federally Recognized Indian Tribes.

The Heritage Capital Fund in Wolf Point, MT will receive a Rural Housing and Economic Development Innovative Housing and Economic Development grant in the amount of $399,848.
