Midwest Minnesota Community Development Corporation in Detroit Lakes, MN will receive a Rural Housing and Economic Development grant in the amount of $400,000. This Innovative Housing and Economic Development will be used to create two business/residential units. Proposed cash and in-kind leveraging resources total approximately $170,000. Partners and supporters for this venture include White Earth and LISC. The target group for this project is a Federally Recognized Indian Tribe.
