Homeward, Inc. in Clarion, IA will receive a Rural Housing and Economic Development Innovative Housing and Economic Development grant in the amount of $400,000. This grant will be used to provide loans to beneficiaries. Proposed cash and in-kind leveraging resources total approximately $500,000. Partners and supporters for this venture include Iowa Financing Authority, Upper Explorerland Regional Planning Commission, INRCOG, the USDA, Midas Council of Governments, Webster City Federal and The First State Bank.
