SECTION 108 LOAN GUARANTEE AMOUNT: $57,000,000

San Antonio will use it’s $57,000,000 Section 108 Guaranteed Loan proceeds for a Comprehensive Infrastructure Improvement Strategy in designated low and moderate-income areas in the City. Such infrastructure improvements will include street and drainage repairs, park development, and improvements to health, recreation, literacy, and social service facilities in all 10 city council districts.

These City’s infrastructure improvements will meet the Community Development Block Grant criteria for national objectives by providing benefits to areas where at least 51% of the residents are low and moderate-income persons.
