Danbury will use its Section 108 guaranteed loan to finance property acquisition of five adjacent parcels of land, relocation expenses, demolition and related costs as well as costs directly related to the construction of a 8,500 sq. ft. facility. Related site improvements include public facilities and improvements such as landscaping and parking facilities for Senior Center Phase II. These activities will benefit low- and moderate-income senior citizens.
