Working with Your Missing Accomplishment Worksheets

- -
 Information by State

Reading the Spreadsheets

The spreadsheets are titled by grantee name and the missing accomplishment data included is specific to that grantee's underway, completed, or funds budgeted activities. The spreadsheets are numbered and an IDIS data compilation report date appears at the bottom of each page (indicates how recent the missing accomplishment data was taken from IDIS).

Interpreting the Data in the Fields and Columns

There are 29 columns representing each grantee's activity data. How To Review Your Missing Accomplishment Worksheet describes each column heading and provides guidance for entering data in IDIS. But it is recommended that all grantees use the Guidance for Reporting CDBG Accomplishments in IDIS as the primary resource for entering missing data.

Key to Types of Missing Data

Using the spreadsheets as a guide, go into IDIS to the screens and activities where missing data is indicated and enter it. Grantees should only enter data for the activities listed on the spreadsheets as follows:

0 No record of the activity exists in IDIS or there is no data entered for it
A No Actual data entered
E No Expected data entered
A/E No Actual/Expected data entered

Please Note: When reviewing the spreadsheets, you will likely see numbers in some fields. These numbers indicate data that have been entered into certain IDIS screens. The fact that these data are present on one screen may indicate that data should be present on other IDIS screens for that activity. This is a clue that if data is present on one screen it may also be missing from another.
