How to Review Your Missing Accomplishment Worksheet

- -
 Information by State
 Print version

The Missing Accomplishment worksheets are based on data taken from a number of IDIS Common Path and CDBG Path screens. The following table briefly describes the contents of each worksheet column and any guidance you should follow in entering data into IDIS.

We highly recommend that each grantee use the IDIS Reference Manual as a supplemental guide when completing the data cleanup. The Reference Manual offers detailed instructions on navigating IDIS, as well as important program guidance for data contained within the system. For the purpose of the CDBG data cleanup, we recommend using Chapter 4: Setting Up the Activity Common Path, and Chapter 8: Completing CDBG Activities.

When your IDIS CDBG missing accomplishment cleanup is complete, please notify HUD by either calling the IDIS technical assistance unit at 877-483-8282, or sending an Email. In your email or message, please note your jurisdiction and a point of contact should we have any additional questions.
