HOME Investment Limits are the amount of HOME dollars that can be invested per unit, and are restricted based on a community's Section 221(d)(3) limit for elevator units. If you do not already have access to the limits in your community, the latest limits for a particular jurisdiction may be obtained from the appropriate HUD Multifamily Housing Hub Office or Program Center.
