 -   Other Revenue

This portion of the Rents and Income tab asks you to input information on other revenue that the project will receive. The input fields include:

  • Monthly Revenue, which should include any income besides residential rental income. For example, revenues from laundry facilities and commercial space operated as part of the project should be included in this amount. Note that this set of fields applies to additional revenues generated by all units in the project, regardless of whether they are HOME-assisted units.

  • Annual Increase in Other Revenue, which refers to the average percentage increase in other revenues that you expect the project to realize each year.
