This section of the Operating Pro-Forma tab provides a summary analysis of outstanding debt. It contains the following automatically calculated fields:

• First Mortgage Remaining, which is the outstanding balance on the project's first mortgage loan at the beginning of the year.
  
  
• Second Mortgage Remaining, which is the outstanding balance on the project's second mortgage loan at the beginning of the year.
  
  
• Deferred Payment Loan Remaining (1 and 2), which is the outstanding balance on the project's deferred payment loan or land contribution at the beginning of the year.
