The input field for this section, Developer Investment, is the amount of funding being provided by the project's developer.

The amount of equity invested in a project is an important demonstration of the developer's commitment to a project's success. The more equity invested in a project, the more lenders may be willing to provide financing on favorable terms.

In addition to contributing to the Template's calculations concerning project financing, Developer Investment will be used to calculate the project's return on investment, on the Operating Pro-Forma tab.
