Every project is unique and some may include development costs not listed on the Development Costs tab of the Template. To accommodate atypical development costs, the Template provides six Other Development Cost fields.

For each cost, enter a label (replacing the "Other Development Cost" text) and an amount. Leave blank any other development cost fields that you do not need.
