In addition to the resources described in the Fair Housing and Equal Opportunity - Key Requirements section, PJs and their partners may wish to refer to the following resources:

  • The Office of Fair Housing and Equal Opportunity provides an online form that people can use if they believe they have experienced housing discrimination and would like to file a complaint. This office also provides a Web site with information about Fair Housing regulations. The information on this site is also covered in a printable (PDF format) booklet entitled, Fair Housing, Equal Opportunity for All.

  • Fair Housing for HOME Participants (currently unavailable, but coming soon) is a resource guide that provides detailed guidance to PJs about how Fair Housing regulations apply to the HOME Program.
