program funded in part or whole by the HOME Program must adhere
to a number of civil rights laws. Collectively, these laws dictate
that no person in the United States shall be denied benefits or
be subject to discrimination based on race, color, religion, sex,
age, national origin, familial status, or disability. This topic
covers civil rights requirements that are relevant to PJs.
