In
2005, the Office of Affordable Housing Programs (OAHP) celebrated
the 15th anniversary of the HOME Investment Partnerships Program.
To
mark the anniversary of the HOME program and honor the contributions
of State and local PJs, HUD hosted two national one-day conferences
in Washington DC on January 13, 2005 and January 18, 2005. During
each of these conferences, the Department presented HOME Program
"Door Knocker" awards in the following seven categories
to State and local PJs that made substantial HOME Program contributions:
