CPD Website Changes

In an effort to make the CPD website easier to navigate we have made some changes. Please notice the links on the left portion of the page. There has never been sub-navigation to the "About" portion of the CPD website. Now, there is.

We have created permanent places for things like the "Consolidated Plan", "Local CPD Information", "Budget/Allocations", "Key Staff" and "HUDVET". Before this change each of these items were very difficult to get to, but we believe that now that there is permanent navigation to these items they will be used by a larger audience. We have also cleaned up our directory structure to make it easier to maintain, and to make checking URLs easier. This means that some of the content has moved. Since content and pages have moved there may be some links that are broken. We in CPD have worked very hard to make sure that links within the CPD site are not broken. We have also worked with HUD's Departmental Webteam to make sure that links throughout the HUD website are updated.

One of the things that we cannot automatically fix are personal bookmarks and external links. If you have bookmarks that were pointing to any of the content that has moved, you must update those. Also, other websites outside of HUD may be linking to some content that has moved. We regret any inconvenience this may cause and assure you that these new URLs are intended to be permanent moves for each piece of content.
