CPMP Version 2.0 Files Process

- -
 Information by State
 Print version

The ZIP file for CPMP Version 2.0 now includes some additional files for data migration. This guidance gives you a high-level image of the process you should follow when managing the files in CPMP_ver2.zip.

This guidance is for existing CPMP users who have CPMP files they have already modified for a CPMP submission.

Step 1: Download the new CPMP_Ver2.zip

Follow the instructions on the CPMP Download webpage.

The folder has a new name so you do not have to worry about overwriting your completed files. Just ensure you choose "Use folder names" when extracting the files so that the files are placed into the appropriately named folders automatically. All you have to do is choose where on your hard drive the files and folders will be saved.

Step 2: Migrate Data for 1CPMP.xls

Follow Instructions on 1CPMP.xls Data Migration.

Your old 1CPMP.xls is transformed into the new Version 2.0 format once you run the macro process.

Step 3: Migrate Data for Projects.xls

Follow Instructions on Projects.xls Data Migration.

Your old Projects.xls is transformed into the new Version 2.0 format once you run the macro process.

Step 4: Migrate Data for Needs.xls
Follow Instructions on Needs.xls Data Migration.

Your old Needs.xls is transformed into the new Version 2.0 format once you run the macro process.

Step 5: Copy other Previously Modified CPMP files into the new CPMP_Ver2 Folder
The CPMP_Ver2 Folder becomes your new folder for future CPMP submissions.
You may now say "Yes" when you are asked about updating links to other documents when dealing with these files.
