The Office of Congressional and Intergovernmental Relations of the Department of Housing and Urban Development is pleased to provide Fiscal Year 2004 Capital Fund Program (CFP) formula grant information. The Capital Fund Program provides funds annually to Public Housing Agencies (PHAs) for the development, financing, and modernization of public housing developments and for management improvements. You may click on the link below to view your State's allocation for FY 2004:
