Welcome to the Chief Information Officer's Small, Disadvantaged and Minority-Owned Business page. This site will help keep you informed about contracting opportunities in the Office of the Chief Information Officer.

Who we are
The Office of the Chief Information Officer's (OCIO's) Office of Administrative Services' Small, Disadvantaged and Minority-Owned Business was created as a means to assist you in doing business with the OCIO. We are located in Washington, D.C., 451 7th Street, S.W. Room 4180.

Our mission
We are committed to conducting a significant percentage of our business through small, disadvantaged and minority-owned (SDMB) businesses. We realize that the SDMB community is a vital and important piece of our country's economic infrastructure. Government officials have long recognized this importance and have repeatedly stressed the need to bring greater economic opportunity to the SDMB community.

How we can help you
We will offer several outreach events in which we will

  • orient you to HUD's contracting culture; and
  • offer you opportunities to interview our program managers about their needs.

Where can you find out more information?
If you have any further questions regarding small business opportunities within OCIO, contact Peggy J. Armstrong, Director, OCIO Administrative Services, by phone at (202) 402-6874 or by E-mail at Peggy_J._ Armstrong@hud.gov

All HUD procurement take Section 508 compliance into consideration. Learn more about Section 508.
