The information is collected to conduct investment analysis for HUD's IT portfolio.

The information will be used to make management decisions on funding IT projects.

Thus far, no one has declined from putting information into the I-TIPS system.

The information in I-TIPS is retrieved by the project cost accounting system (PCAS) number.
