The current system contains the Name, social security number, address, e-mail address of each traveler.

II. Why is the information being collected (e.g., to determine eligibility)?

The information is necessary to identify the traveler in the accounting system to which it is interfaced.

See II above.

No information is shared. Name and social security information is used to match against the accounting system.

Individuals cannot decline. Without this information they cannot travel.

Only the system Administrator has access to this information.

The information is not accessible, nor is it retrieved. It is just electronically matched.
