II. Why is the information being collected (e.g., to determine eligibility)?

Address information is collected from Office of Multifamily Housing databases in support of the Integrated Asset Management Assessment System.

EDDS collects information that is already resident in HUD transaction systems. Permission to use such information would be granted or declined during initial data entry at the transaction system level.

VII. How will the data be retrieved (e.g., will it be retrieved by a personal identifier such as name, social security number, address, telephone number or some other identifier that is unique to an individual)?

Address data resident in EDDS is not available for public consumption. Analysts and decision makers use this information internally and gain access through a prescribed security process, i.e., login/password.
