  	Program Section SHOP Program Technical Correction This technical correction makes clarifying and other corrections to the FY 09 SHOP NOFA posted July 13th on Grants.gov. Specifically this technical correction clarifies the following: (1) requirement for applicants to reduce energy costs, (2) the requirement for font size; (3) the page limit is four pages for rating factor 2 and (4) corrects posting error that resulted in Tables 1 and 2 being misprinted in the July 13th posting.
