    This technical correction makes clarifying and other corrections to the FY 09 SHOP NOFA posted July 13th on Grants.gov. Specifically this technical correction clarifies the following: (1) requirement for applicants to reduce energy costs, (2) the requirement for font size; (3) the page limit is four pages for rating factor 2 and (4) corrects posting error that resulted in Tables 1 and 2 being misprinted in the July 13th posting.
