President's Management Agenda (PMA) contains five government-wide initiatives to improve government performance and five HUD-specific initiatives to correct long-standing Department-wide weaknesses. The Secretary and Deputy Secretary place a high priority on effective coordination and oversight of HUD efforts to implement the PMA. HUD's progress is reported during the Deputy Secretary's monthly Executive Management Meeting (EMM). Offices provide monthly reports on their progress in carrying out assigned initiatives. The CFO maintains a scorecard to track progress and to report to The Office of Management and Budget (OMB).
