competencies of rank and file HUD employees and provide the foundation
for further professional and individual career development.
- Leadership
& Management Institute – Builds supervisory, managerial
and senior executive and leadership capability within the Department.

Technical Training Institute – Trains employees to successfully
perform in the professional, technical and administrative areas
that are identified in HUD’s workforce plan.
In
addition to the three Institutes, Training Services has expanded
its presence of online Just-In-Time (JIT) learning through the HVU.
