We Are
The
mission of the HR
Management Information and Enterprise Resource Management Planning
Systems Staff is to deliver and provide quality
products and customer service in the area of IT and guide the development
of integrated Department systems that enable workforce empowerment
and support program office execution of Departmental strategic goals
and objectives. Additionally, the Staff facilitates the contracting
activity associated with system initiatives, and provides quality
control and ensures that all contracting efforts are compliant and
conform to established HUD contracting policy. [Back

What
We Do
The
HR Management and Information Enterprise Resource Management Planning
Systems Staff is responsible for:

Providing administrative and contract support.

Providing routine organizational development improvements based
on changing information and technologies.

Facilitating and managing the configuration management processes.
- Evaluating
systems, workflow, and efficiency of operations to ensure adequacy
on internal controls and make changes in procedures and methods
as appropriate.

Monitoring and analyzing performance measures and other technical
considerations, and use that information to improve operations.

Systems Staff provides services to Office of Administration customers
in the area of Information Technology.
When
We Began
The
HR Management Information and Enterprise Resource Management Planning
Systems Staff was realigned under the DAS for Human Resource Management
in 2007 following realignment of functions and staff within the
Office of Administration.
