the redevelopment of the twenty (2) acres of land between Heywood
Wakefield III and downtown, known as "Rear Main Street".

of a new fire sprinkler system, upgrade of the fire alarm system,
HVAC system and elevators, new light fixtures, addition of a community
room and whirlpool room, and the construction of a 2-story addition
to house four new offices (including a home health care office),
new congregate dining facility and a service kitchen. The supportive
services will be either private pay or county assistance through
Becker County Human Services.

from Social Security and Medicaid with additional services provided

The owner has applied for funding under the Service Coordinator
(SC) NOFA to supplement the existing SC function at the project
site.
