About the Local Program Office
The Milwaukee Office of Public Housing (PH) is responsible for
the administration of all PH programs in the State of Wisconsin.
Under the leadership of PH Team Coordinator John Finger, the Department's
public housing programs support a broad range of local projects
in the State through a variety of partnerships involving 125 Public
Housing Authorities, non-profit organizations, and community groups.
These programs aid low and moderate-income persons by providing
housing subsidies and services, rehabilitation of current PH properties,
and the improvement of public housing facilities.
