A ribbon-cutting celebration on June 24th spotlighted the partnership between Newport News Redevelopment & Housing Authority, the Office of Human Affairs (OHA), the Peninsula CDC and Friends of the Homeless that brought the first affordable, EarthCraft® certified, modular home in Virginia into reality for Ms. Frances Cowles and her family ***
