AFFORDABLE HOUSING ON THE WAY ..
HUD Richmond's Multifamily Housing Program processed initial closing June 26 on the Pebble Creek Group Home, being developed by Piedmont Regional Community Services Board in Martinsville with a Section 811 Grant ($399,100) to provide 6 - one bedroom units for persons with developmental disabilities. USDA Rural Development celebrated the ground breaking at a new Multi-Family Housing complex in Northampton County on June 20th. RD provided $1.6 million dollars to construct 8 duplexes at the New Road Village in Exmore. Virginia Housing Development Authority (VHDA) to celebrate Grand Opening of the rehabilitated Lafayette Villagein Williamsburg July 8th
