SuperNOFA TIME!
The March 13th Federal Register published HUD’s fiscal year 2007 SuperNOFA – Notice of Funding Availability. The SuperNOFA will competitively award some $2.4 billion in funds through 38 programs. Virtually all 38 programs – except for Continuum of Care funds – require electronic submission at www.grants.gov For more information, visit www.grants.gov or HUD’s Funds Available at www.hud.gov/offices/adm/grants/fundsavail.cfm Remember- some SuperNOFA application deadlines arrive in the first week in May.

LIGHT A S.P.A.R.C.
VHDA is competitively allocating millions more in below-market loan funds to produce affordable single family housing under Round 6 of its Sponsoring Partnerships & Revitalizing Communities (SPARC) program. Applications are due April 16th. Eligible applicants are housing authorities, local governments, non-profits and for-profits.
