Our Fort Worth office processes applications for HUD approval of condominium projects within the Denver Homeownership Center’s 17-state jurisdiction. This includes Arkansas, Colorado, Iowa, Kansas, Louisiana, Minnesota, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, New Mexico, North Dakota, Oklahoma, South Dakota, Texas, Utah, Wisconsin, and Wyoming. For other states, contact the appropriate HOC for instructions.
