programs and resources. These technical assistance providers can help you implement
community development programs that use HUD assistance. Technical assistance providers

Assistance Council - serves Texas through their Southwest Office. |

technical assistance providers - You also may use the services of one of the
national technical assistance providers under contract with HUD. |

GrantWorks - provides planning, community development and housing services for small and
rural communities. The staff includes Certified Planners, Construction Managers,
Phase I Environmental/Lead Based Paint Assessors, and GIS Experts. Their fees
are negotiable.

Border Health Foundation - is a nonprofit organization, 501(c)
3, that provides health, community development, and housing development to colonias
along a four state border area including Texas, New Mexico, Arizona and California. |
