 -   Business Partner Registration HUD Multifamily - All new business entities that have never done business with HUD must first establish an identity with HUD before signing up for any secure systems such as APPS. Registration errors will carry over to other systems, so accurate data is critical. Entities that are already known in the HUD secure systems do not need to sign up.

The Business Partner Registration HUD Multifamily page is accessible by anyone, without password or ID. Each new business partner must have a unique TIN or SSN. Each new business partner must have a unique TIN or SSN. Following completion and submission, the new entity is known to HUD systems. The process takes approximately 2 minutes to complete and no more than 24 hours before the HUD databases are updated.
