Serving Arkansas, Louisiana, New Mexico and Texas

The Fort Worth Hub oversees the Multifamily Program Centers in Fort Worth, Houston, San Antonio, Albuquerque, Little Rock and New Orleans. See a map of jurisdictions in this region, and a map of Hubs across the nation.

The Program Centers handle asset development and management functions for multifamily properties receiving FHA mortgage insurance, direct loans, capital grants and Section 8 project-based assistance.

  • FHA Asset Development

This department handles the application process for the issuance of FHA mortgage insurance to facilitate the construction, substantial rehabilitation, purchase or refinancing of multifamily rental housing properties and healthcare facilities. It also reviews Section 202 (Supportive Housing for the Elderly) and Section 811 (Supportive Housing for People with Disabilities) applications.

  • Asset Management

This department handles asset management functions of FHA-insured, HUD-assisted and Section 202/811 properties. It works in concert with performance-based contractors to manage Section 8 project-based assisted properties.
