Intensive Workshop on Energy Efficient Maintenance and Operation of Multifamily Housing
Energy expenditures account for as much as 40 percent of total multifamily building operating costs. In the effort to reduce these operating costs attributed from energy consumption, this workshop will illustrate how significant energy savings can be achieved without major capital investments, simply by improving monitoring and maintenance of existing equipment in HUD-assisted multifamily housing.
UPDATES
- "Making Existing Multifamily Buildings Perform More Efficiently" is the official name of this workshop, hosted by F. L. Andrew Padian from Steven Winter Associates, Inc.
- Invitees - In addition to assisted multifamily housing managers and maintenance supervisors, we are inviting all public housing building managers and maintenance supervisors, engineers, and architects to this workshop.
