Elderly Congregate Housing
Independent apartment living for seniors. Properties are owned by Vintage Housing, a subsidiary of Life Senior Services. Residents must be 62 or older and meet income thresholds. Apartment complexes include Pioneer Village, Jenks; Carriage Crossing, Coweta; Hickory Crossing, Sapulpa; Vandever House, Broken Arrow; Cardinal Heights, Collinsville; Autumn Park, Bixby; West Oak Village, Skiatook; Woodland Village, Bristow; Redbud Village, Glenpool; Prairie Village, Owasso. Owner-Occupied Housing Rehabilitation
Loans to assist qualified homeowners in the repair of single family housing to ensure homeowners live in safety and security and to eliminate health, safety, and existing code violations. Applicants must meet HUD income guidelines and own the property. Up to $25,000 is available to repair home to meet Housing Quality Standards and local building codes. Items eligible for repair will be related to general maintenance and housing codes, such as electrical and plumbing repairs, storm windows and doors, roofing, structural repairs, insulation, heating systems, and painting. No loan funds can be used to remodel or add on to houses, or repair rental units. The program consists of three types of loan packages, available to persons who meet the income limits for each type. Homebuyer Downpayment and Closing Cost Assistance
Direct downpayment and closing cost assistance of up to $3,500 to income qualified homebuyers to facilitate the home purchase process. Contact INCOG at 584-7526

New Construction of Affordable Single Family Housing
Construction of single family housing for income qualified households for the purpose of making homeownership affordable. Contact INCOG at 584-7526 for qualifications and unit availability.
