Four HUD multifamily developments in the Twin Cities metropolitan region won "2006 Best in Real Estate" awards. These complicated developments include multiple funding sources such as tax increment financing, project based section 8 assistance, as well as funding from cities, counties and non-profits. Serving Minnesota

HUD supports the development, rehabilitation and maintenance of multiple-unit affordable housing through FHA mortgage insurance programs. We provide capital grants to non-profits for the construction and support of affordable housing for the elderly and persons with disabilities.
