The Super Notice of Funding Availability (NOFA) is out. This year we will competitively award $1.024 billion through 35 HUD funding opportunities available to local governments, nonprofits, faith- and community-based organizations. To download an application and instructions visit www.Grants.gov.

Behind in house payments or facing foreclosure?
Foreclosure can often be prevented. DO NOT ignore letters from your lender. Act now by taking one of the following 3 steps:
-   Contact a HUD-approved Housing Counselor for foreclosure prevention counseling, or a
-   Look up Minnesota Foreclosure Prevention Agency to learn about foreclosure prevention workshops going on throughout the state before it's too late; or
-   Contact the HOPE NOW Hotline at (888) 995-HOPE

To apply for low-income housing at a HUD-subsidized apartment, visit the management office of each apartment building that interests you.  Visit our Rental Help page.
