Thursday, September 11

UNDERWRITING - Property (Part 1) 9:00am – 4:30pm
Target Audience: DE Underwriters with at least 1 year of experience
Description of course: Part 1 of 2-Day Session. Day one consists of property underwriting training and case study review and discussion. Day two will cover credit underwriting requirements along with case studies, review, and discussion. Participants should have experience and knowledge of FHA underwriting criteria. A calculator & writing materials are needed for this course.

FHA for ORIGINATORS 9:00am – 3:30pm
Target Audience: Loan Officers & Processors
Description of course: Training will provide an overview of FHA program information along with basic credit and property requirements for originating FHA loans. Participants should bring writing materials.

Friday, September 12

UNDERWRITING – Credit (Part 2) 9:00am – 4:30pm
Target Audience: DE Underwriters with at least 1 year of experience
Description of course: Part 2 of 2-Day Session. Day two covers credit underwriting requirements along with case studies, review, and discussion. Participants should have experience and knowledge of FHA underwriting criteria. A calculator & writing materials are needed for this course.

APPRAISER Training 9:00am – 4:30pm
Target Audience: Appraisers
Description of course: Appraiser training will cover the following topics: Minimum property requirements, appraisal protocol, manufactured homes, REO appraisals, property flipping, inspections, new construction, 203(k) rehabilitation program, Energy Efficient Mortgage (EEM) & FHA Secure. In addition, case studies will be reviewed and discussed.

Training is free but you must register by September 5, 2008. You also must register for each session you wish to attend. Group registrations cannot be accepted. Seating is limited, so please register early.

Check-In will begin promptly at 8:30 a.m. daily.
