There is no doubt about it, everyone wins when an employer commits to helping their employees achieve homeownership close to work.� Last Spring, Francis Richard-Bey, in the far right in this picture, became a homeowner in Riverdale, Illinois, thank to her employer, the Village of Riverdale.� She is pictured with Mayor Zenovia Evans (left) and Carrie Broughton-Irving (center), president of Regional Redevelopment Corporation.� Ms. Bey, a former renter, is now buying her own home, which is located just a few blocks from her job in the Riverdale City Clerk�s office, thanks to a down payment package from the Village valued at $12,000.
