The Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) awarded a Supportive Housing Grant to Beacon Therapeutic Diagnostic and Treatment Center (BTDTC), in the amount of 983,922 for IL0200B5T100802, to provide Supportive Services Only to homeless individuals and families. This grant was approved for one year of funding under the Stewart B. McKinney-Vento Homeless Assistance Act. The racial/ethnic is over 90% African American, 5% Caucasian, 3% Hispanic and 2% representing other cultures. On Friday, March 12, 2010, President and CEO of Beacon Therapeutic, Susan Reyna Guererro and CPD Director Ray E. Willis, signed the Grant Agreement for the Supportive Services program.
