HUD's Partners Promote Homeownership
Bessie Jackson, Director of HUD's Little Rock office, stresses the importance of partnering with local agencies. Ms. Jackson presented Certificates of Appreciation to Lynn Keith, Community Development Director for the City of Conway; Donald Sampson, Director of Economic and Community Development for Pine Bluff, and Nelson Self, Community Development Coordinator for Hot Springs in recognition of their contributions to increase homeownership, and provide adequate and affordable housing and strong, viable communities for the citizens of Arkansas - particularly for minorities and those with low and moderate incomes.
